7. The holiday plan nobody makes. Between now and New Year, pick your six real event days. Christmas Eve, the office party, birthdays. Enjoy those. The other sixty days you eat like it's a normal Tuesday. Everyone plans the first eleven weeks. Nobody plans the last ten,

4. They spend hours doing “nothing” while their mind never actually rests. Replaying arguments. Wondering what they did wrong. Preparing for the next conversation. Questioning whether they're overreacting. Their body is still, but their mind is working overtime.
