Legion has brought a potted plant the size of itself into the A.I. Core.
Why?
Well, none of the crew had cared to ask it while it had been marching through the ship carrying a small tree in a pot. They'd been more focused on giving the Geth a wide berth to... do whatever.
It isn't about good for physical health. It's about the taste, Legion.
Fuck how do I explain it?
It's about the experience of it. We like things that are bad for our healths for the same reason you prefer using a sniper over other weapons, even if it isn't the most optimal one.
If this unit were able to process organic foods, we would still not consume this as it appears to be detrimental to any living beings’ physical health.
— “ Creator Tali’Zorah has been civil for the majority of our interactions. ”
That's all that has to be said in the eyes of the Geth, so Legion goes quiet and turns away after it delivers the sentence.
She leans against the AI core wall, even though EDI has told her multiple times not to.
"I hope Tali hasn't given you much trouble again, she's still not used to having a Geth on the ship, can't say I blame her, what with your two peoples' history."
— “ This unit is still functioning adequately. ”
It seems to tactfully ignore the Commander's nudging statement about the armour. For all the talk about Geth not having emotions and functioning entirely different from organics, they seem to share quite a few social similarities.
A nod, crossing her arms and looking up and down.
"Good, I want you in top shape. Though, I notice you've kept my armor plating fused to you. Still haven't told me why you chose it."
Shepard chuckles
"It's good. But what about /you/ Legion, how do you feel?"
— “ Shepard-Commander. ”
Legion turns with a little flare of his "head" plating.
— “ Yes. This unit has been fully repaired — we have replaced multiple pieces of hardware and upgraded our targetting systems and selective databases.
We did not expect it to take so long. ”
"Legion, you're online and back from Geth space, how are you doing? Feeling better?"
The Commander must admit, she'd gotten a little worried when her Geth crew member had started malfunctionning.
Organics often blame Geth for conflicts involving Artificial Intelligence.
If Geth had emotions, we would be very offended by this.
Organics are lucky we do not.
We have noticed the crew often remind Shepard-Commander of the time they fell through the fishtank feature previously found in the restaurant titled “Ryuusei”.
Perhaps this is a form of humiliation?
