It’s wild to think that just 18 months ago, I recorded my first podcast in my dad’s living room… and now we’re selling out venues.

I’m beyond proud of the community we’ve built and so overwhelmed (in the best way) to meet so many of you face-to-face. It truly feels like we’re a little family 💙 Thank you for tuning in, showing up, and being part of this journey 💫

None of this would be possible without my incredible team @launchpodstudios – thank you for putting up with me, pushing me when I wanted to quit, and believing in me even when I didn’t believe in myself.

A son moved his chair next to his mother to comfort her at the funeral of her late husband. He was told to distance from her. This sort of petty inhumanity must never ever happen again.

British “justice” system is deeply broken.

For me Ladies and Gentlemen it is a scary time to be alive. I am frightened for my children. All the values I grew up with seem to have disappeared over night.

Nothing is scared anymore. Our bodies, our time, our reputation.
