After two weeks, Officer Hector Rodriguez returns home.

Rodriguez was shot 12 times during the Oct. 10 shooting in West Philadelphia that killed his partner, Officer Shane Seiber.

Officer Hector Rodriguez was wheeled out of Penn Presbyterian Medical Center as nurses and members of the Philadelphia Police Department clapped and cheered.
