Today marks the 2-year anniversary of #TheResilientPodcast. 🎙️🎙️🎙️
Launched on April 19, 2024, by @JoshLopezMedia and @robaurelius, the podcast began as a personal outlet during one of life’s most difficult chapters—and has since evolved into a platform for real, unfiltered conversations about healing, mental health, and resilience.
Over the past two years, Rob has welcomed a wide range of inspiring guests, each sharing their truth, their struggles, and their strength. What started as a moment of pain has grown into a movement built on purpose, growth, and connection.
This milestone is a celebration of every voice, every story, and every listener who has been part of this journey from the very beginning.
Thank you to everyone who has supported the podcast, shared an episode, or simply taken the time to listen. Two years in—and we’re just getting started.

@RobAurelius@SomaKazima2 Bruh, don’t even explain yourself! It was ghetto AF and lame. People need to do better. And ya gotta stop normalizing toxic and ratchet behavior.
Last night I didn’t watch the #SuperBowl in person. I wasn’t in a stadium or surrounded by thousands of people. I watched the halftime show quietly from my office near my home. Just me, a screen, and a moment I didn’t expect to feel so deeply. And I’m really glad I did.
What @sanbenito delivered wasn’t just a performance – it was a reminder. A reminder of who we are. Of where we come from. Of how powerful culture, language, and pride truly are. He stood on one of the biggest stages in the world and sang every word in Spanish without apology.
He celebrated roots, history, and identity in a way that felt fearless and honest. And when he named all of those countries – Chile, Argentina, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and so many more – it felt personal. It felt like recognition. Like unity. Like love being spoken out loud.
The quote that stayed with me the most was simple and perfect: “The only thing more powerful than hate is love.”
That line hit hard. Because I know what it means to keep going when life tests you. I know what it feels like to be overlooked, misunderstood, or counted out. My whole journey has been built on resilience, strength, and perseverance. 🙏🏽
And seeing someone stand proudly in their truth on a global stage reminded me why those things matter.
Love over hate. Pride over fear. Unity over division.
That performance wasn’t political to me – it was human.
It was hopeful. It was proof that no matter what language we speak or what flag we come from, we all want to be seen and respected. Moments like that matter. Representation matters. Culture matters. 🎙️
And last night, from a small office near my house, I felt proud. Proud of my heritage, proud of our diversity, and proud to live in a world where love can still be louder than anything else. That’s the America I believe in! ♥️🗽🇺🇸🇩🇴
