When plating parts, the use of “dummies” helps ensure an even application. As you can see, the plating really builds up. This used to be a trumpet piston before years of nickel build up.

All of our cardboard, plastic, and aluminum is bundled in house and sent to a recycling plant in an effort to eliminate as much landfill waste as possible.

Now the work of preparing all of the submissions for the judges can begin. Up until the finals, all judging will be blind with only audio files for our jury panel to evaluate to ensure unbiased judging.
