@virginmedia what’s going on in Guildford? TV and Broadband both down but says it’s just us yet we know others are affected. Have been forced to make technician appointment by your system.

@virginmedia There is now…it’s saying 2pm. But this happened all day yesterday. My husband has to upload huge files for work so even heading to a coffee shop isn’t an option.

@virginmedia When are you going to sort out the outage in Guildford? You keep shifting the deadline back. We have no other signal so rely on broadband for wifi calls and can’t hotspot off 5G

@virginmedia So when is it going to be fixed? Most of our road uses Virgin due to no other signal, so in an emergency people can’t even make phone calls if they don’t have a landline.

@virginmedia Service status said it was fine. Green Wi-Fi light showing, flashing arrows and solid green light at bottom which then starts flashing. Can only get 4G when leaning out upstairs window - need to work!

@SW_Help - terrible bus replacement Havant to Guildford just now. No loos open at Havant, coach was disgusting, coach driver had 4 options of turning off towards Guildford station but instead added 2.4 miles to the journey by going via Stoke Park. An absolute joke.
