The Game opened up about his relationships with Kendrick Lamar, TDE, Drake and Nipsey Hussle’s brother Blacc Sam while speaking at his album release party for The Documentary III.
“I put Kendrick in places that I wanted to be, that I wish ni**as would have put me,” he said, before later adding, “I put Kendrick on his first mixtape, I took Kendrick on tour, I showed Kendrick nothing but love... But I can’t get on the phone with the ni**a.”
The Game also revealed Top Dawg once offered him half of TDE, but he turned it down.
On Drake, he said, “When this ni**a Drake came into the game, he adapted to me, homie. We got close … I don’t flip-flop on my friends.”
He also spoke on Blacc Sam, adding, “I caught fades with my own homies to take [Nipsey Hussle] on tour, but I can’t seem to get in touch with Blacc Sam to holler at him though.”
