Royale high is broken, again. This time the avatars are not showing, items are basically gone, the main menu is still saying that you need to have the requirements to go to the Trading hub or Art class even though you do. Please fix this!

We’re happy to report that player trading is back! 🎉

During the downtime, our team tracked a group of exploiters abusing access to old realms to illegitimately obtain removed sets and legacy items, manipulate the Diamond refund system and sell illegitimately obtained items to unsuspecting players in the Trading Hub.

We have now concluded this operation and permanently banned 37 accounts involved in this activity.

As a reminder, our systems track in game transactions and activity extensively. If an exploit is being abused, our team is never far behind in identifying it and taking action against the accounts involved. We had actually been quietly monitoring this group for quite some time. 👀

Thank you for your patience while our team investigated and took the necessary steps to protect the trading community. It is safe to trade again! 🎉

Just going to address the elephant in the room regarding the idea that Royale High is “code rotting.”

Rest assured, we still have developers actively monitoring bugs and working on fixes. We did see an increase in reports involving older realms this week, and while most of the team isn’t operating at full capacity just yet, Ice7 has already rolled out several patches so players can continue enjoying the nostalgia of the classic realms which until recently, didn’t have very many active players.

There have also been some backend Roblox system updates that have impacted the game, so we appreciate your patience as we work through those issues. There are always fixes and patches happening behind the scenes, including a recent major crackdown on bots and exploiters.

Right now, it simply hasn’t felt appropriate for us to post as frequently or push anyone to work on low priority bug fixes, as members of the team are grieving from a recent major loss of a loved developer on the team. But we want to reassure everyone that we truly care about the game and this community. We are always working to improve the experience and make Royale High better.
