Proper procedures must be defined for police, courts, EOCO etc to follow and not to use bail conditions as punishment

@Channel1TVGHA Tackle the issue from the head/top ie charge the chiefs who sell these lands! If they’re jailed they will do the right thing even if you beg them they will not sell these lands to you ! Tackle that and the problems will be solved!
