@jennifermchow A 3. It’s important to establish a rapport with the students and create a sense of classroom community to provide them with a feeling of caring and belonging where everyone is heard and valued. I try to achieve this by assigning different roles to my students. #CdnELTchat

@jennifermchow A3. During the first week of our session, I let students create Behavioral Agreements, have them sign those and post them in the class for ongoing reinforcement. They include:
•respect each other’s opinion
