Judge sahab comes out like a merciful saint: “We pardon the man…”

Then whispers to the bar: “Write a note to me… then I will take action. Vaise to main bahut dayalu hoon.”

This is exactly how the Bar and Judiciary work hand in glove.

On the surface, judges project themselves as ideals of mercy.
Behind the scenes, they instigate bar associations to create the drama and punish the person.

Public mercy. Private revenge.
This hypocrisy is what fuels the massive public frustration with the system.

I don’t support what he did but it takes absolute madness or some guts to do what he did. There is an anger for Judiciary due to various factors. The cockroach remark, nepotism, corruption, delay in justice, etc.

Judiciary feels they are answerable to none.

Never have I seen a petitioner in the Supreme Court openly abuse the Chief Justice of India.
This man’s name is Prabal Pratap. Even though he is wearing a black robe, he is not a lawyer, but an overwhelmed and frustrated petitioner who spoke his mind.
Yes, his conduct undermines the dignity of the highest court in India. But why would an ordinary citizen do this, knowing full well it could amount to contempt of court? Perhaps we should consider that he is expressing the collective frustration and helplessness of many Indian citizens who feel tormented by the inefficiency of the justice system.

The man who abused Chief Justice Suryakant Sharma is a symbol of the constant pain and frustration of the system.

Years and even generations pass while waiting for justice. People lose their homes and land fighting cases. Rich lawyers charge lakhs in fees and get their cases heard immediately, while the poor wait endlessly for even the trial to begin.

The collegium system has destroyed public trust in the judiciary. CJI Suryakant Sharma should resign immediately.

The incident is highly condemnable. A contempt of court case should be filed, but he should be let off with a token fine of just ₹1.

Yesterday, I took a Claude subscription for my daughter, who is an engineering student.

I was just thinking -
If all the students, lets say high school and above take such subscriptions, imagine the TAM - probably trillions of dollars !! And I think this is very much plausible.

Another thought -
This is VERY BAD FOR INDIA.
This means India will have another critical dependency on the West.... and we will be held hostage by the USA.
This also means huge outflow of foreign exchange, India being the largest country in the world in terms of population.

Just like we need our own Jet Engine,
We need our own Sovereign AI model, sooner than later.
