@qrsupport My request is simple: just change the OTP to the email registered with you. All the information and membership number are with you. Why this deliberate delay from your side? Why?

@qrsupport more than a month and a half now, and unfortunately, there is no response from the X platform, and the phone support is unfortunately unhelpful and uncooperative. Despite winning the first place in airlines, you are unable to change the OTP from mobile to email.

كل عام وانتم بخير
احاول ان اجدد استمارة السيارة عن طريق نظام ابشر ولكن مع الأسف دون جدوى لا استطيع ان أجددها وذلك بحصول على رساله تفيد بمراجعة اقرب فرع من المرور. مع العلم بان تم السداد والسيارة مؤمنه ولا توجد مخالفات ولله الحمد وكذلك السيارة مفحوصه
