Accused committed crime on 2nd sep, MLC done FIR was registered under sec 308 on 3rd Sep in PS Nandgram Gzb, accused in the case was already convicted for 10 years from session court Gzb is out on bail from HC.Still no action by @ghaziabadpolice. Please help @myogiadityanath
