Almighty. Grant us Your Mercy, relieve our fears & anxieties, remove our distress & let peace reign in our hearts. Bestow upon those suffering, patience & wisdom. May You always be our guiding light and the beacon of hope in our lives. Aameen.

i think I lost my spark. I talk less, I keep to myself, I've mastered distance. I'm not angry, I'm not bitter. I just don't have the energy to show up like I used to. Somewhere along the way, I slipped into this I don't care phase.
People will only drive you crazy if you allow them. So don't let your anger spin out of control. If someone is irritating you, recognise those feelings and then let them go without saying much or getting into dispute. You don’t need to respond to everything.
Don’t despair in times of hardship and calamity. Pray that the Almighty allows peace and justice to prevail. Pray for an end to conflict and violence. Pray that those in power would go all out to stop the violence. Aameen.
