Sarah released the single "Habang Buhay" in March 2023 to mark her 20-year Anniversary and headlined a concert at the Araneta Coliseum, where she debuted the single "My Mind" in collaboration with Billy Crawford, who co-wrote and co-produced the song. She also appeared at Acer Day 2025 on Aug. 9 at the MOA Arena, the UAAP Season 88 “Hope Concert” at UST on Sept. 19, and made a Special gueststar appearance at SB19’s “Fast Zone” anniversary concert on October 26, 2025 at the Araneta Coliseum. Sarah marked her July 2026 birthday with a reflective “Bagong Simula” video series on her roots.
Sarah is also a very successful businesswoman and co-founder of G Productions, a production company that produces concerts and shows. In 2023, Sara and her husband opened G Studios in Alabang, Muntinlupa for all advertising, media, and event needs. Sarah Geronimo’s charity work focuses on support for children, animals, and disaster relief.
