@ViCustomerCare Refund is only mentioned for connected services. But in my case the company failed to provide a connection as there were no modem and router with @youbroadband

@youbroadband what a #Shame that a company which only provides Internet services but don’t have modem and router in stock. And the employees Mazhar kazi provide a deadline which he cannot meet and keeps on asking new timeline.

@youbroadband Though the #Pune team promised to install the wifi connection on 25th May still the connection is not done and on asking refund they are threatening that it will take 45 days to process the refund. We had multiple calls but the answer is no modem and no router
