Lorraine Guyo says men are afraid of famous females, she said sometimes she goes for a year without any relationship because no one will be willing to date her.
Stop misleading the people, roads are not being constructed by President Mnangagwa, roads are being constructed by the government using taxes paid by citizens, not money from the President's pocket - MP Darlington @chigumbu_
OFFICIAL STATEMENT: MADZIBABA VESHANDUKO — THE FACTS.
1. There has been a deliberate attempt to mislead the nation through false reports and unnecessary misinformation surrounding the solidarity extended to Madzibaba during his persecution and incarceration, as well as his visit to the Citizen President after his release.
2. The facts are simple: the incarcerated and persecuted citizens' hero and his family requested a meeting and the taking of photographs as a way of preserving memories and expressing appreciation for the support, solidarity, and encouragement they received during their moments of persecution.
3. Any support given to a citizen in distress is a humane responsibility deserving of a humane response, and we were compelled to assist regardless of the circumstances of his incarceration.
4. Claims that there was no coordinated citizens' support are false and misleading. Welfare assistance was provided, including rental payments and support towards the schooling of his children.
5. Throughout history, especially during difficult periods, citizens have stood with one another when support was scarce or unavailable. This case was no different.
6. The Citizens Movement does not publicise acts of assistance because helping people is not a public relations exercise.
7. Gestures of goodwill must never be reduced to PR exercises for likes and accolades. The absence of publicity must never be mistaken for the absence of coordinated support.
8. There is nothing wrong with helping a fellow citizen in distress. What is wrong is the deliberate distortion of facts, the vilification of those who extended a helping hand, and the attempt to divert attention from the real issues that gave rise to the suffering in the first place.

@S_Harudzibwi Zimbabwe’s problem is not only domestic work. It is a whole economy where people sell skilled labour cheaply because customers are also poor. Maids, kombi drivers, barberman, security guards, tailors, farm workers.
@jahman_adamski Zimbabwe’s problem is not only domestic work. It is a whole economy where people sell skilled labour cheaply because customers are also poor. Maids, kombi drivers, barberman, security guards, tailors, farm workers.
Yesterday, Cabinet passed the Domestic Worker Minimum Wage guidelines.
The operative word is MINIMUM.
This is a baseline – not a ceiling. Employers who can afford to pay above this figure are strongly encouraged to do so, and many already are.
While public concern is understandable, it's important to note this is a private-sector wage paid by individual households – not Government.
The aim is to avoid exploitative practices, while recognising that circumstances differ between individuals. Government is setting a floor to protect the vulnerable, not a one-size-fits-all mandate.
