1) Yarın saat 6:30’da okulda olup, bütün okulda ilk önce sandık kurulunun kurulup kurulmadığını kontrol edin. Vatan Partili Üyeler, AKP’li üyeleridir dikkat edin.

2) Sandık kurulu kurulduktan sonra, boş oy pusulası ve zarfın eksiksiz sayıldığına emin olun. Sonra bunu bir yere not edin. Islak imzalı tutanakları doldururken, bilgilerinizi teyit edeceksiniz.

3) Saat 08:00-17:00 arası sandık müşahitleri iki gruba ayrılsın. Bir grup, oy kullanırken doğru ve kanuna uygun bir süreci sağlasın, diğer grup oy sayımı yapılırken dinç ve dikkatli olacak.

4) Oy sayımı yapılırken, çeteleyi sandık kurulu üyesi yapıyorsa, oy pusulasını müşahit çok dikkatli takip etsin.

5) Boş oy pusulaları ışığa tutularak, boş olup olmadığı kontrol edilsin. Resim üzerine basılan mühür gözükmeyebilir. (Burası çok önemli)

6) Oy sayımı yapılırken, sürekli sandık başkanından çetele teyiti yaptırın ve tutuğunuz çeteleyi kontrol edin.

7) Islak imzalı tutanağı imzalarken, müşahitin tuttuğu ve kendi tuttuğunuz notları karşılaştırmadan sakın imzalamayın.

8) Islak imzalı tutanağı imzaladıktan sonra, mühürlü olup olmadığına dikkat edin.

9) Sandık başkanı ile birlikte İlçe Seçim Kuruluna giderek, Başkanın ıslak imzalı tutanağıyla birleştirme tutanağını doğru ve eksiksiz aktardığına emin olun. Burası çok çok önemli.
