About half the accounts urge users to contact them on WhatsApp, also $FB-owned. Some accounts were pretty big like N95 Health Foundation, which had 99,300 followers & advertised a 10-pack of N95 masks for $50. Instagram deleted this & others accounts after we flagged them.
