National Socialism is in harmony with Christianity. We don't have a problem with it. We embrace it as the truth.

Hitler and The National Socialists condemned the Christian establishment and their perversion of Christian doctrine to justify the corruption of the nation and the subversion of national interests.

They stood in opposition to people who undermined the well-being of the nation. They did NOT stand in opposition to Christianity.

And was he a Christian? Yes. Indeed he was. Hitler was a man of God, born into the the Catholic Church, baptized into the Catholic Church, raised as a Catholic, and who continually upheld Christianity and the principles of Christian morality in both his personal and public life as well as in his political policy.

In fact he even wished to be a clergyman for a time, And as he said in Mein Kampf "I had excellent opportunity to intoxicate myself with the solemn splendor of the brilliant church festivals. As was only natural, the abbot seemed to me, as the village priest had once to my father, the highest and most desirable ideal."

The idea that Hitler was not Christian or was even anti-Christian can be traced back in virtually all instances to a single document whose legitimacy remains under serious question from most scholars. This document is of course the infamous "table talks."

This is not a primary source, nor is it to be trusted as fact. It is an amalgamation of various remembrances and paraphrasings of things Hitler purportedly said over the course of a few dinners remembered by people who attended the dinner, and several days later transmitted through conversations with writing aids such as Henry Picker and Heinrich Heim, put to paper as a creative exercise, and then heavily rewritten by Martin Bormann.

It was more a work of fanfiction than it was a work of history. Bormann was a vehement opponent of Christianity and had a very clear and publicly admitted agenda of stamping out all Christianity and Christian influence from the German Reich. This is the reason you will see condemnations of Christianity and other such highly suspicious quotes originating from this document that are in direct conflict with all of Hitler's other statements and policies across his personal and public life.

They are not to be regarded as a historical resource, yet many in the fringe interpretations of history would like to ignore this obvious fact in order to push the agenda that Hitler was somehow anti-Christian. The reason for this is simple. The country they don't want becoming national socialist is America.

America is majority white, and a vast supermajority of white conservatives are Christian. The powers that be seek to inoculate American Christians against national socialism by framing it as somehow evil or anti-Christian which they have done quite successfully. That is not the case, and in fact Germany was majority Christian at the time of national socialism and the majority of the Nazis were upstanding Christian men fighting for their families and communities.

Hitler was a Christian and national socialism is a political movement that has historically upheld The institution of Christianity and Christian moral principles. Obviously there were some negative theological influences in the sphere of positive Christianity that tended more towards pseudohermonautical interpretations, such as those framing Jesus as an Aryan, however overall Christianity is wholly compatible with national socialism.
