Woke up to watch @AtrixMJ on stream (plus a very good chonkachu). I couldn’t be more proud, especially knowing how much dedication you’ve put in! Congrats on meeting your top cut goal. I can’t wait to watch you climb higher.
In not Indy news (so sorry friends), my occupational therapist today picked up my Wooloo plush and excitedly said, “Wooloo! The Pokémon from Sword and Shield!”
@Lordxzaileir@NailsOU This is just unacceptable and this is from someone that lived in Indiana for three years and went to the convention center regularly.
I am very upset for the people at the Indy Regional. What I’m hearing isn’t acceptable. I turned stream off because I didn’t want to watch another Round 4. And the bathrooms… that’s just not okay for what you all paid for the Regional, let alone lodging and food. What?!
My EEG tech knew what a Wooloo was when she saw my plush. Not a gamer herself, but plays games with her kids. Definitely a highlight from a miserable experience. We take those!
I thought I’d make the post that I’m 100% out for this season. It’s sad but I won’t be at Indianapolis or NAIC. I need to make my health my top priority and hope to be back stronger next year. Thank you to everyone (especially in Chile)! I still have been playing champions. 🤣
In another circumstance, where I hadn’t traveled abroad with non-Pokémon friends, I would have stayed to learn more. My heart was racing each game in a good way. I can’t thank everyone in Santiago enough.
I’m finally settled in at home after a lot of travel! I had a great time at the Santiago Regional. It was a 2-1 to 2-4 drop kind of day. I’m still really happy with my play and I learned a ton! Thank you so much to everyone. You were incredibly kind and tough opponents!
There’s a lot to take away from days when I walk in prepared and don’t have a positive record. Post-rounds I was definitely realizing the adjustments I failed to make. I genuinely love those moments, even when I’ve found the answer too late. It’s fun and why I continue to play.
Special thanks to @Lordxzaileir for the team! My losses are solely my own. I think it held up fantastic in this regulation and it was great to bring my childhood Heatran.
Please check out Zai on Twitch or swing by their emergency medical fund. They’re a great friend.
