@GRINDHARDorDie @Stormy_Skies_36 @TiaNoTamara1 Oh. So just use a Time Machine 😂😂 Got it.

[BJ @GhostTownBJ]

@TotesLiz If you can acknowledge that groceries are cheaper than eating out, then you don’t agree with it, lol.

It’s perfectly fine if you personally value variety and excitement more, but that doesn’t make eating out cheaper

[BJ @GhostTownBJ]

@Stormy_Skies_36 @GRINDHARDorDie @TiaNoTamara1 Flex can be useful in the moment while (hopefully) building a plan where they won’t need it

[BJ @GhostTownBJ]

@Stormy_Skies_36 @GRINDHARDorDie @TiaNoTamara1 If the fresh move in part is the wrinkle, please forget about it, lol.

You are 100% correct that it would take time, but some people struggle so much that they haven’t given thought to that time because they’re just trying to get to the next paycheck

[BJ @GhostTownBJ]

@GRINDHARDorDie @Stormy_Skies_36 @TiaNoTamara1 Walk me through how someone already struggling financially pays rent on October 1st and starts to pay towards November 1st as well.

[BJ @GhostTownBJ]

@Stormy_Skies_36 @GRINDHARDorDie @TiaNoTamara1 You’re assuming someone can pay rent in full on October 1, then set aside half of November’s on October 15 while covering other necessities. That extra half-month is the cushion I’m talking about. Your schedule assumes they can afford to build it.

[BJ @GhostTownBJ]

@GRINDHARDorDie @Stormy_Skies_36 @TiaNoTamara1 So your advice to someone already struggling financially is to pay all of October’s rent and half of November’s rent in the same month?

[BJ @GhostTownBJ]

@GRINDHARDorDie @Stormy_Skies_36 @TiaNoTamara1 What?? Why are you using quotations when that’s not what I said?

Splitting rent on your own means you have to have extra money to pay ahead. Using Flex means you’re paying back. Some people don’t make enough to pay ahead. It’s that simple

[BJ @GhostTownBJ]

@GRINDHARDorDie @Stormy_Skies_36 @TiaNoTamara1 “Put half away” doesn’t make the money just appear. You’re assuming that paycheck has half the rent left after other necessities. Being able to cover rent each month doesn’t mean having the extra cash to get ahead. That’s the point.

[BJ @GhostTownBJ]

@NgolaBrit @Adidas_Head88 Knowing how to build a cushion and having the money to do it are two different things. Flex fronts money, budgeting does not.

Regardless, what do you get out of shaming people that are struggling?

[BJ @GhostTownBJ]

@Stormy_Skies_36 @TiaNoTamara1 And until they’re able to build (if they can at all under their current circumstances), that Flex fee is helping to keep a roof over their heads. It’s not ideal, but if it works it works

[BJ @GhostTownBJ]

@LxveJ @Khabeera_ If someone is already struggling, how would they be able to afford to pay all of October’s rent on the 1st and then pay half of November’s rent on the 15th?

[BJ @GhostTownBJ]

@DrewNextD00R Oh. You seemed pretty confident that they could just do it themselves so I thought you might’ve had an answer.

[BJ @GhostTownBJ]

@Stormy_Skies_36 @TiaNoTamara1 For your plan to work, someone would need to pay all of October’s rent on the 1st then save half of November’s rent on the 15th. If they’re struggling to cover rent THIS month, where’s that extra half-month coming from? “Just do it yourself” assumes a cushion they don’t have.

[BJ @GhostTownBJ]

@DrewNextD00R @GirafficPark_ @Harlem10039 Let’s say someone is using Flex now: if October’s second paycheck is covering the second half of October’s rent, how can that same money also be set aside for November’s rent?

[BJ @GhostTownBJ]

@HawkEmDownChris Triple H or Sasha Banks

[BJ @GhostTownBJ]

@SZASPRINT Garden, Pretty Little Birds

[BJ @GhostTownBJ]

@BurgmanTracieb @ItsKingsWorld The season just ended not too long ago and Shamea vs Porsha was a big part of the latter part of the season and the reunion, that’s why

@AshtarIsBorn @moneyymaya Does him trying to get rid of the evidence automatically mean it wasn’t insanity? Just trying to understand the connection here
