@Cathy_L17 poor workmanship & zero accountability from councils, highways & the firms used to build the roads initially & throw in the buckets of tarmac to 'repair' them.
Every new road should have a 15 year insurance backed guarantee and repairs for 10 years.
Do the job properly 1st time!
