It's just that cheaters are getting exposed a lot more because of all the noise happening the last 1-2 years.

Even watching games is more boring on MR12.
MR15 you had so much room for comeback and crazy stuff, you even could risk 1-2 rounds without throwing away to whole game.
Only casuals would like MR12
