The NMC's latest leavers' survey found a mix of external pressure and negative personal experiences was pushing nursing staff to leave early.

If you are living with an incurable cancer, or supporting a family member through it, the Thinking Ahead programme might be for you.
This is a seven-week online health and wellbeing education programme for patients living with incurable cancer, who may or may not be receiving cancer treatment, and their family members/carers.
The next course runs 28 January – 18 March, on Tuesdays, 1.30pm- 3pm.
1.5 hours per week for seven weeks on Microsoft Teams.
