Movember is upon us
Second year that I’ll be having a tash for the month of November to raise awareness and funds for mens mental health.

@stalman Fitness coach here. I think as long as you have good technique and you feel safe then dont see the problem, yes barbells are always a much more effective and gives you more awareness but if smith machine is all there is then have at it 🙏
