Very very disappointed with the Bonvoy customer service. Especially since the rewards from hotel stays are getting smaller and smaller but the prices for items have increased.

@MBonvoyAssist @MarriottBonvoy I’ve ordered a few items from the shopping with points. So far I had problems with two items. Marriott says that they cannot do anything about the problems with the purchased items and that I should take it up with the manufacturer.

One of them I had to return to the manufacturer the other told me that they are unable to do anything because I did not purchase the item from them directly. So now I’m stuck with an item that cost me 52000 points and have to throw it away. BTW I purchased it December 2022.
