@EromeDaniel @labmasc Thank you! There is the crystal structure of ssDAF-12 LDB with the ligand, so it was possible to made the crystal in that case. However there are other isoforms in other nematodes that might be useful to crystallyze. In case of impossibility ciclopropyl DAs may be a good aid.
