I came here tonight and tried to buy food. Used the app which refused to take orders
Went at 7 30 ordered food 1 hour later nothing. I know it was a busy night, but you must of known how to deal with lots of people disappointed with tonight. Wont be back thanks

@lb_southwark @SmithandByford been closed. Raised a job with @lb_southwark repairs no reply, i have been pretty patient since this started in November. Now i am fed up. PLEASE DO SOMETHING

Engineer has been and did not use the parts that were ordered for my boiler but gave me a 2nd hand circuit board, he tolde @SmithandByford would be calling me to make an appointment to get a new board fitted when i tried to raise a job my job has

Not getting a satellite signal so am unable to watch TV, I have broadband which still works. the call centre said there are no available appointments at all, so have booked the 27th April in case someone cancels.

@HMRCcustomers hi, i sent a PPI tax refund form R40 in august and have not received a reply, in my HMRC APP it says form received and to look online when i look online it ssys contact HMRC, there is no phone number. Please can i get an answer as to where the refund is
