Telling my wife “keep those on, you might need them later.” When she goes to take off her knee pads after she gets home her volleyball game hasn’t led to a single blowjob but it’s been hilarious every single time, it’s called being charming and handsome.
I’m old enough to remember when Republicans were losing their minds that a Muslim was being elected to head NYC just 25 years after 9/11. Now they are literally handing nuclear secrets and technology to the country that raised the attackers because Trump’s family is bought and paid for by the Saudi Royal family. This corruption is beyond measure and the Republican Congress is screaming about “communists” and threatening Cuba.
Reporter: Isn’t there concern that this slippery slope to socialism inevitably ends up as full-blown communism?
AOC: I mean, no. I think that’s very silly. We can’t even raise the minimum wage. Do they really think communism is going to happen? No. They’re trying to scare people because they don’t want us talking about the fact that we all have a right to health care.
So they want to call everything they don’t like communist because if people actually wake up to the fact that their elected officials are screwing them over when they get here, they’re going to realize they deserve better and that health care as a right isn’t crazy. They want to call this stuff communist because they don’t want us to realize that the rest of the developed world has guaranteed health care. They want to call it communist because they don’t want you to know that Germany, Italy, the UK, Canada—everybody else—has it better than us, and we spend the most money for the worst care in the developed world.
I love how everyone is appalled at the very concept of arresting the President of Israel, like we didn’t black-bag the President of Venezuela earlier this year.
The trans athlete debate is one of the biggest political distractions of our generation. The NCAA president testified that there are fewer than 10 openly transgender athletes out of 510k NCAA athletes. Yet this small issue dominates headlines.
What @NancyMace said here is based on the same twisted logic that led Joe Biden to tell black people who weren't voting for him: "you ain't black."
The idea that being part of a demographic group obligates you to embrace certain views, let alone to vote for someone, is rancid.
This story is crazy.
It would appear Trump admin officials rigged their nationally televised high school civics contest to keep a young man from a Sikh family out of the finalists.
