@parcelforce Sorted now. I had set up an account via 'https://t.co/bCRtnhIRwa' then the next day tried to log into 'https://t.co/nnxGek2rXM'. I have now found out (by calling your call centre) that these are two separate portals with different logins. Obviously. How could I miss that.

@teamIPSE I'm a Ltd Co. contractor in work which may end mid July. Will the furlough scheme will still be available to me then? Announcement that it will be closed to new sign ups needs clarification. My PAYE salary over the last year is sufficient for the full furlough amount.
