Idk if it’s just early season jitters but the #sfgiants have way too many guys chasing out of the zone right now. The difference between them and the #yankees in that regard is monumental.
I know they were facing hunter greene who was on today but the strikeouts are concerning. Way too much swing and miss and taking strikes right down the middle. #sfgiants#OpeningDay
Cody Bellinger makes a lot of sense for #sfgiants right now. They need a middle order left handed bat. He’s cut way down on his k-rate which this team needs. He can hold down first for a while then shift to rf if/when Eldridge is ready.
@PavlovicNBCS Why not just use this lineup from here on out? Way more exciting to watch and we can figure out what they have in Luciano and Matos. Fitz, Ramos and McRae seem like they’re already entrenched for next year.
@PavlovicNBCS Seems like he’s using his mulligan this year. Unless he’s in second half ‘23 form once he’s back and stays consistent the rest of way I can’t see him opting out.
@GhostBayAreaBob They’ll carry 13 pitchers to start the year. Especially with all the youth in the rotation. Means Matos likely in Sac to start with barring an injury.
Didn’t love the idea of adding Chapman but hard to argue with this deal. If they can somehow land Snell or Montgomery on something similar this team could be legit. #SFGiants
Why Cody Bellinger may be worth the gamble, and who out there, aside from the "Boras four", could fit into the #SFGiants plans? @ https://t.co/YvhkPmiJRW
