The Hawks participated in Southern Illinois Regional math competition. Taking first place in Geometry, PreCalc, Jr/Sr 2 and 8 person team, Fr/So 8 person team, and calculator team. State competitions will be May 2nd.

Gibault’s Math team started off the year with a strong display of mathematic expertise. The students achieved a clean sweep in the first 1A division contest at Southwestern Illinois College, taking 1st place in all grade levels and 1st in team competitions. Great job team!

Gibault Math team won big at SIUE Regional. Noah 1st in Alg1, Daniel 2nd in Geom., Josh 3rd in Alg2, and Spencer 1st in Pre-Calc. Both Fr/So and Jr/Sr 8 person team won 2nd, and our Fr/So and Jr/Sr 2 person team respectively got 3rd and 1st. Great job!#gibaultproud #gibaulthawks
