After battling some health issues this week, we ran well on a fast course at Smithton Park yesterday. Mariska, Aja, and Charlee all set season bests.

Nice first race of the year. Regan just 17 seconds away from a medal. Nate/Charles/Jacob all beat their goal times and all runners now have a baseline to work off.

In the Regional today we had 2 PRs, Mariska & Charlee, 1 season best, Jackson and Paul and Regan missed season best times by less than 3 seconds. Unfortunately, no one was able to advance to the sectional. Thanks for all the work again this season. #giabultproud

Great running conditions=crushing PRs. Beautiful weather to run in this morning at Smithton. We had runners take minutes (yes plural) off their times! Great job Lily, Charlee, Mariska and Paul. Season best time for Regan and Jackson ran his first race of the season.
