If the coach promised you 30mins and the game intensity was different and you clearly had fitness issue then you should have outright asked the coach the reason because clearly he had his reason to not sub you in the game
Challenge yourself to:
- Send handwritten notes
- Congratulate achievements
- Pay for a friends/family meal
- Help others without asking
- Hold the door to strangers
- Always introduce yourself
