@ramblingeveron Most reviled? This one’s pretty low (13% Rotten Tomatoes), but I own it and enjoy it. The Body, starring Antonio Banderas, is about the discovery of a crucified body in a rich man’s tomb, and the firestorm the discovery sets off. Great concept, not sure why so reviled.

@Ineverglow It was a toss up between this and self-titled. Loved how the original band members got back together again and released this album at the same day as the start of our family’s 44 hour Amtrak trip to Chicago. Pretty much had it on repeat much of the way there.

@Ineverglow I can certainly understand the arguments, esp. since it cost somewhere between $25-$40 to buy vinyl new now (as opposed to $8-10 when I was a teen). Still, listening to Randy Stonehill’s “Welcome to Paradise” album on vinyl is the only way to experience it, IMO.

Before I discovered Brazil’s Daniela Araujo in a YouTube “recommended content” in October 2019, I only knew about Latin CCM as mostly P&W music from Mexico. Since then, I’ve been exploring an entire genre of amazing 2020’s CCM music, extending from Mexico to Argentina.
