Recently, I was thinking 🤔 about what one of the legends in the crypto space wrote a few weeks ago. Reading his tweet recalibrated my mind on Crypto Twitter

A Few Striking Things I picked
☆ Build a brand: You don't just build identity on the temporary things in crypto. You see every crypto cycle comes a wave that looks like it won't come to an end

You see, at the end of the wave, you wait for the next season to start being relevant again. But guys who have stayed in a particular niche in the space will gain more without much stress

I'm not against InfoFi; at least it's what I'm starting with and that's what's growing my account now. But @NDIDI_GRAM's tweet shifted my mindset on CT and my intentions on why I got the blue tick It's not about the wave but building value

☆ Adding Value: His mentioning this became a problem. How will I add the value? What should I post about on Crypto? There are many things to talk about (my writing is mainly about crypto, pardon me). That's where research and thorough study on projects come into play

I made a few write-ups with little or no research on the project I'm trying to write about. What the real OGs in the space want to interact with is value. I'm coming to understand that adding value will make the real guys in the space engage and follow you. They don't follow because you tagged them but because of the value

☆ Consistency: Most of us want an immediate result in one or two of our posts, which is not bad. I really had that mindset until I had the privilege of talking with one of my favourite influencers and mentors @asedd72. He told me a few years ago he was where I was; he makes posts consistently, sometimes a little. But what shifted him was that he stayed consistently on his brand and the value he brings and today he is one of the big guys in the space

I just noticed that the principles for growth are still the same; it has not changed. To be honest most times I feel like giving up on this, but these big guys always give me chill 😎

The growth we desire and admire in the lives of these big guys won't happen at the speed of light. Progressive and consistent efforts will bring the result

We will continue yapping and other things, but never lose focus on staying in a particular niche and becoming a lord in the. When info-fi seasons end, before the next thing, what value will be added to the CT?
