What a pathetic company. Ordered some medicines which were supposed to be delivered by the 1st, it is the 3rd and they still have not been delivered. Called Customer Care and escalated but still no resolution in sight. Never buying from you again!

Airtel has to be the most shameless and apathetic service. No sense of accountability, responsibility, ownership to get an issue rectified which is of no fault of mine. Frustrating, disappointing and I am regretting the decision I opted for Airtel.
