Routes are exceeding the time frame the driver is being paid for as well. Amazon has been sending drivers on 100+ miles routes for 3 hour blocks. Amazon is not compensating drivers for return mileage/time (business closed, customer cancels/refusals)

VEB1 has been sending out scheduled blocks, the station closed (unannounced), support is denying payment to drivers for showing up to complete the blocks.
SVA4/VVA4 is sending out oversized packages as "envelopes"
@DPipella@BhattiLaib9960 Walmart pays drivers starting at $7 for up to 3 grocery orders at once...a few bucks more if it's high mileage. You can typically only pick up once per hour.
Stores definitely suggest tipping as they use tips to subsidize driver pay.

Amazon drivers, for years, have been reporting illegal activity at the stations. Drivers will show up with multiple IDs, distribute IDs before routes and/or give routes away to others in the parking lot.
Same with most gig work...
This has been an issue for the last few years, starting when Nick Jones took over Flex Operations in North America.
There are thousands of similar issues nationwide...
This route would take a minimum of 3 hours and 20 minutes in ideal conditions.
To make things worse, if a driver has to return a package, they are expected to do so without compensation. Most returns are a result of "recipient required" and no access codes provided.

Richmond, VA has another winter weather warning. Roads are hazardous, over 100 reported accidents. Full and oversized routes, drivers are told they will be penalized for returns. Staff made it clear they only concerned with warehouse safety.
