“Super Donkey," baby war crimes, and an extremely… expressive Star Fox are just a few of the SNES finds in the Nintendo gigaleak. Let @Zerochan tell you all about them! https://t.co/cIvcQKS3hB
Yabba Dabba Do! Spotted by @TheLX5 Via the #NintendoLeaks, Rocky Wrench would have made an appearance in ‘Yoshi’s Island’, but on the move! Using a log as cover, or his own little Flintstones car.
Included in the "gigaleak" was the entire source code for Super Mario Advance. However, it includes some clips that were not included in the final game. Most notably, there are 5 title screen voice clips (one is the "Mario Bros!" voice clip) that went unused. Take a listen!🔊
The majority of Link's animations from the prototype.
I haven't recorded some of them as they were either duplicates or the same anims but loaded with older/ more recent sprites.
You may be interested @Unseen64
(these animations are why i don't believe it to be "BS Zelda 2")
From @scawful's Link to the Past leak recap video, check out this awesome view of the game's early overworld map! Very simplistic compared to the final version, right? I wonder where Link's house was originally meant to be...
Mario with wings? It’s true! Via #NintendoLeaks various in-development sprites of ‘Super Mario World’ Mario with wings were found, likely the precursor to the Cape.
In the earlier builds of Super Mario 64, the star was a 2D model rather than a 3D model. In the source code it was discovered that this old 2D star was still present, and we were finally able to get a look at a star after it's been collected! No wonder it was scrapped! "dotstar"
I've fully restored the code of an enemy in SM64 previously unknown, dubbed "Motos" from the game files. This information was recovered from the recent leak. Motos is reminiscent of King Bob-omb mixed with a bully.
In the DP March 2006 Beta, Rival Barry has a Youngster overworld sprite as a Placeholder and Wally Battle Sprite as a Placeholder.
His Pokemon was a Weavile instead of the starter.
He was hard to defeat honestly.
