For our last panel, Luis Barbosa discusses papers on Digital Sovereignty, Regulation & youth participation. @nico__palladino discusses data transfer policies in the EU, US and China; @ramiroau introduces regulatory threats, and Nadia Tjahja unpacks dynamics of youth participation
Jan Aart Scholte will present a paper on legitimacy at AFRINIC, APNIC, and LACNIC, and Stephanie Arnold will examine the impact of the EU's D4D policy on ICT policy adoption in the Global South.
Our 2nd panel will mainly cover cybersecurity issues. Jamie Stuart & Cara Antonaccio look at cybersecurity issues & gender in Southeast Asia. @nanettelevinson examines institutional change in cyber governance. Seyed Emamian will address Iran’s two-folder digital policy.
