Do you know the majority of payslip owners are in the private sector, where there's no major salary increase? The figures you see there were loans that built free projects with longterm economic impact,eg SGR.

@Nyamuya1 @AokoOtieno_ You need to understand that SGR was not meant for passenger transit.. infact, out of the 57 locomotive trains, only less than 4 are for passengers. The project was meant to move bulky and large quantities of cargo from the port to Nairobi. This is far much economical than road.
