@jasonacer22@nut_history got anything back. So, I figured I was just wasting my money sending stuff to sign. Over the years, I sent stuff on two different occasions and never got anything back.
@jasonacer22@nut_history He was my favorite player growing up. I got a baseball and a couple rookie cards and was going to send them to the fan mail address for him to sign but decided not to do so for this reason. Also, I had sent a baseball with return postage for Gabe Kapler and Amy G and never...
@Castro272@jasonacer22@nut_history His take is based on a younger Will Clark in his 20s vs your take of an older Will Clark in his late 50s. Thank you for confirming people don't change in 30+ years.
@BaseballJeff1@MLBPipeline Pipeline had Posey at #4 and Bumgarner at #10 in 2010. Wheeler cracked 6th, but I believe he was already a Met. Remember hearing about Wheeler years after.

@ClownWorld You don't want that. People carrying that type of cash won't reason with words. It's not like some troll online that you could block or ignore. Good luck explaining it to them when they go knock on your door.
@MLBPipeline@SamDykstraMiLB *Similar profiles. If Johnny Level crushes AA like he did with lower levels, will he also crack a top 10? Lux/level: a fair comparison at that age? @jimcallisMLB
@getm0ney Dude has a knife. A person walks up to him and gets stabbed. A woman with a phone thinking she's the next Connie Chung doesn't leave the area after one gets stabbed. Are people really this stupid?
@HawkEmDownChris Hard. Griffey finshed the 90s with his last four seasons hitting 49,56,56,48 HR. Bonds didn't hit 49 till 2000 when he was 35. Nobody has ever accused Griff of jucing. Assuming Griffey never juiced, he was better defender and bat. Kingdome= Hitter Friendly. Not Candlestick.
Blast from the past. How much of an influence does Brian Sabean have with @Yankees This is starting to resemble the old Sabean teams with the pitching and situational hitting. @SFGiants

@pr0ud_americans 73 Monte Carlo with the 454. For such a big engine, didn't have much HP. Still, that car saved my life. I underestimated the breaking distance and wasn't able to stop and crashed into a telephone pole. Car just got some scuffs on the chrome bumper that were buffed out.
@SleeperSFGiants *If
- They stay healthy
-Bo Davidson is who we think he is
-Casey Schmitt is 2026 Casey Schmitt
This could finally be a potent lineup when the likes of Adames and Chapman just adding their 20-25 HRs to the mix and Gilbert and Cox do the fundumentals and little things right.
@gehrig38 I don't know why this is so hard to grasp. Playing for 162 vs October Baseball are two different games. The level of competition and urgency in October isn't just there in the regular season and all that throws a wrench into the equation.
@KO_Crowley Don't be silly; it's more like 14. I've always been of this thought. Things are more complicated now. In 2018 we didn't have a huge wave of prospects coming up like we do now. Creating roster spots, finding and moving players while fielding the best team isn't easy.
@bosummers28 Not suggesting blowing up the farm. I don't want that. Also, don't want to horde prospects like in the Zaidi era. That just drove me nuts. A balanced approach of identifying who to move and who to keep is more important.
@bosummers28 There has to be a balanced approach. For everyone saying, "Don't sell the farm."
Matos, Luciano, Bart, Ramos, Bishop were all Top 70 prospects, with most of those being Top 50 prospects at one time. This is what happens when you don't have balance.
