Dee Dee and I had such an awesome time at the Bayou Arts Festival. There are so many talented artists that showcase their work. It's amazing to see everyone's creativity. Personally, my favorite thing about the festival was the Kona Ice truck!! I love snow cones.
You can never outgrow the Easter bunny! Had fun with the family as we dug into our Easter baskets. I even got this cool Monsters University t-shirt. Family time is the best time.

We had a great radio show episode with Firefighter Union President Marty Lancton. We discussed the City settling the firefighter pay after the city refused to implement the will of the voters, causing an 8-year legal battle and creating a $1 billion financial hole for the city.

It was great hosting the varsity choir group from the St. Agnes High School at our house. Juju and her friends are so talented and adorable! JuJu is 17 and she still loves me!
It was great to see my old friend Roland Rodriguez! He built one of the premiere MWBE accounting firms in America and mentored many of us over the years. I’m glad to hear that he is enjoying retirement in Costa Rica.
