You graduate college with a 100k in debt, people clap and cheer for you.
You get married and spend between 5-50k for ONE day, people will clap and cheer for you.
You take a 200k+ loan from the bank to buy your first house, people will clap and cheer for you.
Had a dream last night that I was stuck inside some weird alien boot camp on Mars. Managed to break free and collapse the system at hand. The hardest challenge was convincing others they're trapped. Sounds alot like real life.
A man approached a 52-year-old woman on board an E train arriving at the Queens Plaza station at 10:45 a.m. on May 24.
He warned the woman to “look somewhere else,” then began to punch her multiple times in the head.
When the train came to a stop, her attacker ran off and fled the station.
The victim sustained non-life threatening head injuries but remained in the subway car until it pulled into the Court Square station. She was transported to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in stable condition.
The NYPD is looking for the assailant.
In 1999, during the Kosovo War, Mustafa Xaja, an Albanian man, held up a photograph of his two missing sons. Despite the chaos and danger of the war, Mustafa's entire family, including his sons, managed to survive, and they were joyfully reunited after the conflict ended. The war in Kosovo involved the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro), who controlled the region prior to the war, and the Kosovo Albanian rebel group known as the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA). The KLA fought against the Serbian persecution of Kosovo Albanians, while the FRY sought to maintain control over the area.
Lasting from 1998 to 1999, the war concluded with the intervention of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), who conducted airstrikes that compelled the Yugoslav forces to withdraw from Kosovo. Both sides in the conflict committed war crimes and engaged in horrific acts of violence. The war was marred by ethnic tensions, issues of identity and independence, leading to a confusing and often misunderstood timeline.
Tragically, the war claimed the lives of 13,500 people and inflicted lasting pain by tearing families apart. The anguish and sorrow in Mustafa's eyes convey the depth of his experience.
@Michael72614719@ElijahSchaffer When are people gonna learn? Guns don’t have a mind of their own, a gun can’t decide to shoot you because its had enough.
Always be yourself. Never try to impress people. The more you impress others, the more you stress yourself. Live within your means, don't pretend to be something you're not. It's okay
- to repeat clothes
- to not upgrade your phone, if it functions
- to buy cheap/affordable things
- to stay indoors
If social media showed you, the real lives of people, instead of the life they project, you would actually feel sorry for some people you're envious of. Many people project a life of flex aka soft life on social media. From afar their lives look fine, but in reality their lives afar from fine
Don't spend money you don't have, on things you can't afford, just to get strangers online applaud & clap for you. Those same people will laugh at you, if you find yourself in poverty tomorrow. Learn OR perish!!!
Stop complaining and get to work. Its up to you to make happen, no one is going to do that for you.
Boys complain.
Men make things happen.
Choose who you want to be.

When I speak to certain people i meet here sometimes, i end up wishing more people had a backbone, some people have no direction whatsoever, the unwillingness to make sacrifices is appalling.
Having dreams is not enough to push you towards success, are you will to strive and take the necessary risks that will elevate you? Ponder on that, I’ve met a whole lot of people here that are all talk and no action, take action!

@natalia13reagan@AdeldMeyer@LayahHeilpern In the world we live in today, people create an image identity of themselves and try to force people to accept it, if they don’t then they are “phobic”.
We will all be fine in the end.
