@VivekKhashu @DRaven_EM Rather than pointing the finger on a distressing post for the family, should Your local Ambulance trust not take a long look at its system. Why not considering different models of operating that allow clinicians many more alternates than, take to A&E. It works elsewhere.

@smcbt @RyanSpencer17 @NGParkes83 @apsmunro I can’t deny the pathophysiology, just wanted to caution the referenced article! NICE, yes it’s says do not give it, but if you look at the evidence review, it says further robust research is needed into the effectiveness of inhaled treatments.

In their own words, many studies were left out as there were differences in recording and reporting. In isolation difficult to use study to defend practice
