I raised concerns to multiple people in Clacks Council 2 years ago and also with the Ombudsman. Glad it’s all coming to light.
It makes me sick to my stomach that the most vulnerable in our society are cared for so badly.

Just wasted an hour and a half on the phone to SSS to be told it’s a mistake and a “system generated letter”. As a carer for a disabled person I obviously have so much spare time I love it being wasted by Scottish Government systems that clearly don’t work properly. @scotgov

@AlloaAcademy It was hard to watch someone talk about inclusion from a wheelchair inaccessible stage. A kick in the teeth to hear someone who knows they are failing families in EASN over transitioning from school talk about how much they care.
