This is #hemp. Don’t Ban - Regulate!
A mother daughter small business, built from the ground up. Educating the community about hemp products, and offering safe products with natural and clean ingredients. Made in the USA. @jescbd
@feelgoodbevsguy Take off the tax, please!
Minnesota already taxes at 15% cannabis tax on all hemp PLUS 9.25 % for sales tax. With a federal tax on it you’re talking about upwards of 30% tax on every hemp beverage.
To be honest Anthony, it’s disappointing how disrespectful you are to the legitimate hemp businesses. Wouldn’t it be best for the consumer for everyone to work together. Lumping the well intentioned hemp businesses in with these crazy high dose, untested products, full of heavy metals, praying on children, is an insult to all the work that we have done for 7+ years to bring this product to where it is today.
@TheDankInformer Yes we don’t need those knock off cannabinoids. Write D9 THC only, which is the only one that has had studies done in higher doses in marijuana. Done.
@TheDankInformer@RepJamesComer Isn’t it possible to get rid of the Chinese marijuana grows and synthetic products while keeping the natural hemp products? I’m assuming Congress can do more than one thing at a time. And don’t tax grandma’s CBD oil for God sakes!
So who’s going to carry the full spectrum hemp products? Are you going to make all the grandmas go into the dispensaries to get their little Cbd products or are you going to have the pharmaceutical companies take it over and make synthetic cannabinoids with a list of obnoxious side effects and annoy us with commercials?
@BrianDaniel1972 Looks like Barr has a tax in his bill? We do not need a federal tax on non intoxicating hemp products! Taxing grammas cbd oil and dog treats the same as intoxicating cannabis is insane. MN already does this with a 15% tax on these products that they are promising to undo.
@MNHouseInfo@CaptainKurtis Still taxing grammas cbd oil and dog treats at the same rate as intoxicating THC products. Sad. Promises made on that and bill never presented. Not too late?
@Lindsey_Port@Tim_Walz
@fworksconfetti Coming off of them WITH YOUR DOCTORS APPROVAL and guidance, and taking a broad spectrum CBD product, seems to help. Make sure it is a clean, tested, all natural product.
@JGriesler@kentuckygrl@SenRandPaul That’s not true. It also banned full spectrum hemp products, which are not intoxicating. These products one of the best options in plant based wellness.
@JGriesler@SenRandPaul Keep low dose like Minnesota. Only safe, regulated, non synthetic, tested products. Especially seniors need easy access to safe products with education. @jescbd#plantbasedwellness
