@FirstinGlasgow why is it impossible for your buses to run on time and for the tracker in the app to be up to date? I’ve waited 40 mins for a 65 to Cambuslang. There should have been one at 18:13 but no. A bus drove past now that’s not in service! Shambles of a company!

@YodelOnlineUK__ @YodelOnline your customer service on live chat is appalling, Monika Monika gave no resolution, when you try to call it’s from Kenya 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m at work and now can’t take calls. My parcel will apparently be delivered “soon” but I’ve been waiting since 23rd November.
